To strengthen our Sales Team in the US, we are looking for a full-time 

 

Regional Sales Manager - East USA LVL (m/f/d)

to start as soon as possible working from the East coast of the US

 

What you will be responsible for:  

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across the Eastern US
  • Identify, pursue, and close large, strategic business opportunities
  • Develop and implement account growth plans focused on upselling and cross-selling
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, purchasing teams, and operational stakeholders
  • Support product positioning, technical presentations, and customer training
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape regional strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, forecasts, logistics, and customer onboarding
  • Travel 25-50% within the region for customer calls, trade shows, and site visits

 

What we are looking for:  

  • 7-10 years of sales experience in EWP, lumber, or other wood-related construction materials
  • Demonstrated success managing key accounts and acquiring new customers
  • Strong technical understanding of wood products and applications
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the East US region
  • Valid driver’s license
