To strengthen our Sales Team in Poland, we are looking for a full-time 

Sales Consultant (m/f/d) - Poland

working from Krakow/Poland and focusing on South-East Poland

What you will be responsible for:  

• As Sales Consultant, you are the face of the Pollmeier brand and the first point of contact for your customers in a defined sales territory
• You are a networker ready to manage, expand, and further develop our existing sales territory
• You win over your customers preferably in personal meetings on-site, while also maintaining contact using digital tools
• You continuously expand the customer base through the acquisition of new clients
• You identify and awaken customer needs and thereby create long-term relationships to the benefit of end users
• You coordinate the involvement of specialists who support you in sales situations as needed
• You work closely with the internal sales team and sales management to achieve agreed sales targets and successfully market our products

What we are looking for:  

• You are permanently based in the area around Krakow/Poland
• You bring experience in field sales in the furniture or cabinet manufacturing sector and/or within the timber industry
• You are a native speaker in Polish and fluent in English or German
• You love selling and engaging with customers
• You enjoy being responsible for your own success
• You are characterized by an independent and proactive work style and go the extra mile to achieve your goals
• You have a strong emotional connection to wood as a material, which helps you inspire customers
• You enjoy traveling and hold a valid driver’s license
