To strengthen our South Chinese Sales Team, we are looking for a full-time

 

Team Lead Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) - China

to start as soon as possible and join our team working from South China.

 

What you will be responsible for:

  • As Team Lead Area Sales Manager, you are the face of the Pollmeier brand and the first point of contact for your customers in a defined sales territory
  • You are a networker ready to manage, expand, and further develop our existing sales territory
  • You win over your customers preferably in personal meetings on-site, while also maintaining contact using digital tools
  • You continuously expand the customer base through the acquisition of new clients
  • You identify and awaken customer needs and thereby create long-term relationships to the benefit of end users
  • You coordinate the involvement of specialists who support you in sales situations as needed
  • You work closely with the internal sales team and sales management in the headquarter in Germany to achieve agreed sales targets and successfully market our products

 

What we are looking for: 

  • You are permanently based in the sales region and bring proven experience in sales ideally in the furniture, doors, mouldings, or wooden products sector
  • You have experience in successfully managing a team
  • You love selling and engaging with customers
  • You enjoy being responsible for your own success
  • You are characterized by an independent and proactive work style and go the extra mile to achieve your goals
  • You have a strong emotional connection to wood as a material, which helps you inspire customers
  • You enjoy traveling regularly within China and hold a valid driver’s license
  • You speak Mandarin as a native language and have good English skills
