To strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for a full-time

 

Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Egypt

to start as soon as possible working from Cairo/Egypt. 

 

What you will be responsible for: 

  • As Area Sales Manager, you are the face of the Pollmeier brand and the first point of contact for your customers in a defined sales territory 
  • After your first successful sales, you will be qualifying for a team leader position and train and guide a team in Egypt
  • You are a networker ready to manage, expand, and further develop our existing sales territory
  • You win over your customers preferably in personal meetings on-site, while also maintaining contact using digital tools
  • You continuously expand the customer base through the acquisition of new clients
  • You identify and awaken customer needs and thereby create long-term relationships to the benefit of end users
  • You coordinate the involvement of specialists who support you in sales situations as needed
  • You work closely with the internal sales team and sales management in Germany to achieve agreed sales targets and successfully market our products

 

What we are looking for: 

  • You are permanently based in Cairo/Egypt and bring experience in sales in the timber or wood processing industry
  • You love selling and engaging with customers
  • You already gained first experience in leadership and managing a small team
  • You enjoy being responsible for your own success
  • You are characterized by an independent and proactive work style and go the extra mile to achieve your goals
  • You have a strong emotional connection to wood as a material, which helps you inspire customers
  • You enjoy traveling regularly within Egypt and hold a valid driver’s license
  • You speak Arabic as a native language and have good English skills
