Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d) - Poland

What you will be responsible for

• You are responsible for coordinating and processing all customer orders from inquiry to payment
• You communicate with our customers and acquire orders from existing customers
• You are the central point of contact for interfaces in day-to-day business and manage internal knowledge transfer
• You record and maintain customer data in SAP
• You independently take on project tasks within the framework of process optimization

What we are looking for

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience combined with a strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills
• Independent and structured working style paired with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
• Native level Polish language skills as well as very good English skills; any additional language skills are considered a plus
